6. Recipients and international data transfers
The User’s personal data may be transferred to other companies of the MAKING SCIENCE group of companies when this is necessary for the management of internal administrative tasks of the MAKING SCIENCE Group, based on the legitimate interest that, in balance with the interests, rights and freedoms of the User, exists in each case, as well as on the respective contracts of commissioning of the processing when necessary.
Thus, MAKING SCIENCE may only transfer the User’s personal data to other companies of the same business group and to public entities and authorities that require it when there is a legal obligation for MAKING SCIENCE to communicate such data.
